Are You Feeling Stressed?
Are you feeling stressed? Stress is a condition that can affect anyone and often occurs in our daily lives. Some people are aware that they are stressed, while others may not even realize that stress is dominating their lives. The effects of stress, especially when one is unaware of it, can impact mental health and escalate to physical illnesses.
Signs that indicate you are stressed can be categorized into four areas. Check to see if you fall into any of these categories:

1. Physical Symptoms: Such as rapid breathing, headaches, increased heart rate, high blood pressure, elevated blood sugar levels, etc.
2. Mental and Emotional Symptoms: Feelings of anxiety, depression, pressure, anger, negative thoughts, easy fatigue, discouragement, lack of concentration.
3. Behavioral Symptoms: Such as insomnia or excessive sleeping, and potentially inappropriate behaviors like smoking, drinking alcohol, or using drugs.
4. Social Symptoms: May manifest as boredom with work, decreased work efficiency, and reluctance to socialize, among others.
The severity of the outcomes from stress varies depending on the individual's stress level, ranging from mild, which does not affect daily life, to severe, which can lead to stress-related diseases such as hypertension, peptic ulcers, migraines, asthma, neurological disorders, cancer, etc.
Stress is not a disease, but it can lead to diseases and subsequent side effects.
