Raimon Land Public Company Limited or RML, a leading premium real estate company in Thailand, has launched two joint venture projects with Tokyo Tatemono, one of the oldest real estate development companies listed on the Japanese stock market. The projects added to Raimon Land's portfolio are 'The Estelle Phrom Phong' near Phrom Phong BTS Station and 'TAIT 12' near Chong Nonsi BTS Station, with a total project value exceeding 9 billion baht.

Adrian Lee, CEO of Raimon Land Public Company Limited, revealed that "Raimon Land signed a cooperation agreement with Tokyo Tatemono last April. Both companies are pleased and proud to present two new projects in prime city locations: 'The Estelle Phrom Phong' located in Sukhumvit Soi 26 near Phrom Phong BTS Station, starting at 15.5 million baht with a project value of over 5 billion baht, and 'TAIT 12' located in Sathorn Soi 12, starting at 7.6 million baht with a project value of over 4.2 billion baht."

"The signing of the agreement with Tokyo Tatemono, one of the largest and oldest companies in Japan, is significant because both companies share a common vision, which is crucial for collaboration and future project developments. I am very excited to learn and work alongside Tokyo Tatemono, which has over 100 years of experience in real estate development. We aim to foster a good relationship and plan to launch at least one joint project next year, with Raimon Land targeting at least two project launches per year," Adrian added.

The Estelle Phrom Phong, located in Sukhumvit Soi 26, combines modernity and tranquility, designed as an oasis in the city. It features over 3,000 square meters of common area on nearly 2 rai of land, with green spaces reflecting the elegance of its surroundings. The building provides a sense of calm, effectively escaping the hustle and bustle of the Phrom Phong area. The Estelle Phrom Phong offers residents a unique identity with diverse layouts and options provided by the developer, without compromising architectural aesthetics, along with health amenities such as a salt therapy spa with a chlorine-free floating pool, representing a luxurious and modern lifestyle.

TAIT 12, located in Sathorn Soi 12 near Chong Nonsi BTS Station, is inspired by the lives of Bangkok residents and has been cleverly developed to fit the project. The project is designed to cater to the vibrant and agile lifestyle of Bangkokians, offering beautiful views of the city. TAIT 12 features over 1,500 square meters of common area, a gym, an amphitheater lounge, multipurpose spaces, and an indoor swimming pool. The curved architectural design, paired with large glass panels, blends modernity with the beauty of the city, including open living spaces designed for various uses.

Adrian Lee added, "Both projects are located in high-potential and quality areas, backed by two companies with strong brands in real estate development. Each project presents unique ideas and target demographics. We believe these two projects represent the best not only in terms of value but also in product design and location that clearly aligns with the target audience. I am confident that these projects will deliver excellent results for our partners as well."

The Estelle Phrom Phong will hold a Pre-Sales event on October 28 at Hilton Sukhumvit 24, and TAIT 12 will open for reservations on November 3-4 at The Lofts Silom project sales gallery, Pramuan Soi, Silom Road. For more information, visit raimonland.com or call 02-029-1888.
