The Common Ground of Raimon Land x TOKYO TATEMONO is the Trust from Customers

The collaboration between Raimon Land and TOKYO TATEMONO stems from a simple reason: both companies share similar visions, concepts, and project development styles, along with experience in developing high-end residential projects. This creates a common ground for business development based on customer trust as a core principle.

The Brand Position of TOKYO TATEMONO spans from Mass to Luxury, with the Luxury Residential projects under the brand Brilla being similar to Raimon Land, which has the brand The Lofts as its signature, or the brand that has built a reputation for Raimon Land, such as the 185 Rajadamri project, which has consistently earned customer trust.

What Will Happen with Raimon Land x TOKYO TATEMONO?

The joint venture between Raimon Land and TOKYO TATEMONO, one of the oldest leading real estate companies in Japan, will facilitate a two-way learning exchange, especially in development and sales. This includes creating sample rooms or developing residences where buyers can customize materials or even the mood and tone of the project concept. Raimon Land anticipates that by 2023, or in five years, the business will generate revenue of approximately 10-12 billion baht, with plans to launch projects worth 8,000-10,000 million baht, averaging two projects per year, along with plans for commercial business development, food & beverage, hotels, and digital platforms.

New Projects Under the Collaboration of Raimon Land and TOKYO TATEMONO

As mentioned at the beginning of the article, following the joint venture between Raimon Land and TOKYO TATEMONO, they launched their first two projects in prime areas of Bangkok: Phrom Phong and Sathorn, under new brand names for both projects.

THE ESTELLE – Location: Phrom Phong

The first project launched after the partnership is named The Estelle (ดิ เอสเทลล์), located at Sukhumvit 26 or Phrom Phong. It is a high-rise condominium of ultimate luxury (similar to the 185 Rajadamri project) covering an area of approximately 1-3-97 rai, with 157 units across 37 floors, valued at around 5 billion baht.

The prime area of Phrom Phong needs no further introduction, as THE ESTELLE is located about 200 meters from The Emporium shopping mall and approximately 160 meters from Phrom Phong BTS station, with completion expected in 2022.

Tait 12 – Location: Sathorn 12

Another new brand launched in Sathorn Soi 12 is Tait 12 , a high-rise condominium covering an area of approximately 1-3-37 rai, with an initial estimate of about 238 units across 39 floors, valued at around 4 billion baht.

The highlight of the Tait 12 project is its location in Sathorn, approximately 160 meters from the entrance of the soi, surrounded by leading office buildings and complete amenities. Additionally, by the end of next year, a BTS station (Green Line) will open right at the entrance of Sathorn 12, making Tait 12 a condominium project within 200 meters of the BTS station, offering views of the Mahanakhon building. Construction for this project is set to begin at the end of 2018, with completion also expected in 2022.

It is believed that the business under the collaboration between Raimon Land and TOKYO TATEMONO has much more to offer. Currently, both companies are considering ongoing real estate development projects to collaborate on, including ultimate luxury residential projects in the heart of Bangkok.

The partnership between Raimon Land and TOKYO TATEMONO is like a gust of wind beneath the wings of Raimon Land, allowing it to soar higher and further, just as TOKYO TATEMONO expands its wings into the growing residential development in Thailand.
