Front of the House

Starting from the front of the house, this type of house features modern exterior decoration. The front area includes parking space for 2 cars, and there is a decent-sized garden area that can be landscaped or used as a sitting area. The entrance is equipped with an electric system with a remote for convenience. There are two access points to the house: one from the entrance door leading to the living room and another from the parking area through two sliding glass doors, suitable for moving heavy items into the house without having to walk around the front.

Living Room

The first area of the house is the living space, which in the sample house is decorated in a modern style to match the house. The bathroom on the first floor is a powder room without a shower area, featuring a sink and toilet from American Standard, with gray tiles on the floor and walls, and a window for ventilation.

Second Floor

The stairs leading to the second floor in this project are constructed with smooth-coated steel, finished with rubber wood. The handrail is made of tempered glass.

Master Bedroom

This room is located at the front of the house, occupying half of the house's area, making it spacious and airy. The large windows and sliding glass doors allow natural light and a wide view from outside. Inside, there is space for a 6-foot bed and side shelves, with ample walking space around. At the foot of the bed, a sofa set is placed, and in the corner, there is a dressing table with a wardrobe, providing ideas for room decoration. This room also has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet and a bathroom on the right side, equipped with standard sanitary ware and a shower partition separating wet and dry areas.

Multipurpose Room

In the sample house, this room is decorated as a private sitting area connected to the Master Bedroom, accessible from the side of the stairs. This room is spacious enough to serve as a fourth bedroom or an office, or it can be connected to create a larger Master Bedroom, as demonstrated in the project.
