“VENIO Sukhumvit 10” Modern Classic Condo Next to Benjakitti Park Near Asoke BTS

Asoke is a central urban location surrounded by condos, shopping malls, and large office buildings along Asok Montri Road. It offers convenient transportation as it is an interchange for two major BTS lines in Bangkok: Asoke Station and Sukhumvit Station. These two routes connect the Sukhumvit-Silom-Sathorn Grand CBD of Bangkok and the Rama 9 New CBD, allowing the Asoke area to grow alongside both locations.

The land at Suan Chuwit is valued at over 5.5 billion baht and is the last large plot available in the early Sukhumvit area.

Despite the dense development of condos in the Asoke area, property prices have not decreased; in fact, they have risen by 7-18% annually (Capital Gain). Currently, the selling price of second-hand condos in Asoke ranges from 150,000 to 250,000 baht per square meter. Rental yields for condos on the even-numbered side of Sukhumvit are around 4-5% per year, with one-bedroom units renting for approximately 20,000-30,000 baht per month. It is clear that condos in the heart of Asoke remain a hot investment, whether for rental income or resale profit.

If you prefer not to walk, you can always call a taxi or motorcycle taxi within the soi. Traveling by private car is also convenient, although there may be slight congestion, using Sukhumvit Road and Rama 4 Road to connect to Ratchadapisek, Rama 9, Rama 4, and Siam Square.

The amenities near the project are relatively quiet since it is located in the even-numbered side soi, which is less bustling than the odd-numbered side of Sukhumvit. The environment mainly consists of large residential houses interspersed with low-rise condos and hotels. However, there is no need for concern as you can easily walk to the main road, where there are numerous shops, restaurants, and shopping malls to choose from.
