            The sample unit that TerraBKK will showcase is a 1 Bedroom unit measuring 44.35 sq.m. The interior decoration concept of The Villa in the project 28 Chidlom emphasizes brown and cream tones combined with marble, creating a comfortable and relaxing feel.

            The interior space is designed to be spacious. Upon entering the room, you will be captivated by the full-height glass that reaches the 3-meter ceiling and is approximately 6.65 meters wide (sample unit), which is a unique feature of this project.

            The interior is divided into Public and Private zones. Upon entering the room, you will first encounter the open kitchen area, which features a synthetic stone countertop. Next to the kitchen counter is a sink, a two-burner electric stove, and a range hood. Below is a storage cabinet with a trash bin provided. Behind it is a storage shelf, with a space for a microwave in the middle.

Opposite the kitchen counter is a storage cabinet that includes a built-in Electrolux refrigerator and a washing machine hidden within the cabinet.

            Next to the built-in cabinet is space for a dining table that can accommodate about 2-3 seats.

            This project places significant importance on storage space within the room, as evidenced by the multiple built-in cabinets designed to maximize the use of space. The ceiling height is 3 meters, but in the bathroom area, the height is 2.8 meters to conceal the air conditioning system installed in the ceiling.

            Moving further in, there is a living area for watching TV, adjacent to a large window made of insulated glass, which reduces noise from outside and minimizes heat transfer, thus saving energy.
            The bedroom is located to the right of the room, with the bedroom area adjacent to the balcony on the left. The wardrobe and dressing table are positioned in front of the bathroom. The bedroom can accommodate a large bed, with a full-height glass wall beside the bed and one window for ventilation.
            In the bathroom area, there is a built-in wardrobe with a mirror, which includes both hanging space and drawers. Next to it is a dressing table.

            The bathroom features marble flooring and walls, with a glass shower partition separating the wet and dry areas. The sink counter is also made of stone, with a storage cabinet below. The mirror area has some sections that open up for additional storage, and there is a plug available for a hairdryer.
