            The project The Tree Ladprao 15 is located in the heart of Soi Ladprao 15, about 900 meters into the soi. The environment within the soi is a community of single-family homes belonging to relatively affluent residents (as all the houses are quite large). The atmosphere is quite peaceful, making it a fully residential community. However, if anyone wants to visit the sample room, the Sale Gallery is located at the entrance of Soi Ladprao 5, next to the Ideo Ladprao 5 project and near the Japanese restaurant Jirafu Sushi. The atmosphere during the TerraBKK team's visit was quite lively.

Overview of Transportation via Public Transit and Private Vehicles

         The project The Tree Ladprao 15, although located within a soi, can be accessed through multiple routes. From the project location, residents can use the soi to connect to three main roads: Ladprao Road at Soi Ladprao 15, Phaholyothin Road via Soi Ladprao 24, and Ratchadapisek Road using the soi beside the Criminal Court. However, the TerraBKK team does not recommend using a car through this route due to the narrow width of the soi.

         For public transportation, once the construction of the green and yellow subway lines is completed, The Tree Ladprao 15 will be surrounded by three subway lines: the Blue Line or MRT at the Ladprao station on Ladprao Road, the Green Line extension from Mo Chit to Saphan Mai to Kukot, which is currently under construction and expected to be completed and operational by mid-2020. From the project location, residents can connect to the Green Line at Phaholyothin 24 station.

            Additionally, the Yellow Line from Ladprao to Samrong is currently discussing the connection of the station with the Green Line at Ratchayothin station, which is currently open for public feedback. If the connection is established, it will link to the Yellow Line at the Criminal Court station.

Overview of the Early Ladprao Area

         The early Ladprao area is vibrant both day and night, with a full range of amenities, making it a rich location in terms of population diversity, real estate, commerce, and transportation. It serves as a center of development in upper Bangkok.

            Nearby shopping centers include Central Plaza Ladprao and Union Mall. Additionally, there are hypermarkets catering to urban shoppers, including Tesco Lotus Ladprao and Big C Extra Ladprao. Both hypermarkets can be accessed via the soi, and it wouldn’t be inaccurate to say that there are department stores located at the mouth of the soi. Recently, a new mixed-use project named Ladprao Hills has been planned at the Ladprao Intersection, near the exit of the Phaholyothin subway station, which will include retail space, office rentals, and a hotel. This will increase the total supply of rental offices in the early Ladprao area to nearly 380,000 square meters, accommodating around 22,000 personnel.

            In addition to the job sources within a 2 km radius of the project, the early Ladprao area also provides convenient access to major employment centers in Bangkok, as both the Blue and Green subway lines directly connect to important districts such as Ari, Siam, Ratchada, Rama 9, Asoke, Sukhumvit, and Silom.
