Anyone wanting to live a high-end lifestyle would surely want to reside in "Thonglor"... a name that already sounds appealing.

               

TerraBKK has often discussed how desirable and investment-worthy the Thonglor area is. Today, we present the following 10 projects, which can be considered the most expensive condos for rent in Thonglor. Generally, rental prices in Thonglor range from around 20,000 baht to over 100,000 baht. However, if we measure fairly by price per square meter, most Thonglor condos have rental rates between 560-900 baht per square meter per month. Here are the top 10 Thonglor condo projects with the highest rental prices.

1. The XXXIX by Sansiri

                This top-tier project from Sansiri, launched about five years ago, is well-known for its unique and hard-to-pronounce name (pronounced Thirty Nine). Despite its high launch price, it sold out quickly, making it not only a top project from Sansiri but also a top choice in the Thonglor area. The resale price for units is as high as 230,000-270,000 baht per square meter, with rental rates reaching 1,000-1,200 baht per square meter per month, or approximately 65,000-93,000 baht per month.

2. HQ by Sansiri

            Another luxurious project from Sansiri, HQ was launched five years ago and received excellent feedback at that time. Currently, the resale prices are similar to The XXXIX by Sansiri, around 230,000-270,000 baht per square meter, with rental rates of 940-1,100 baht per square meter per month, or approximately 53,000-80,000 baht per month.

3. Aequa Sukhumvit 49

                Although this project is not located on Thonglor (Sukhumvit 55), it is close to the Thonglor BTS station and has shortcuts to Thonglor. It features an impressive parking ratio of 130%. Currently, the resale price is around 200,000-230,000 baht per square meter, with rental rates of 920-1,070 baht per square meter per month, or approximately 57,000-75,000 baht per month.

4. Quattro by Sansiri

                Sansiri continues to dominate the market with three of the most expensive rental condos. This project was launched around the same time as HQ by Sansiri but is closer to the BTS station. The resale price is also comparable, at 230,000-270,000 baht per square meter, with rental rates of 840-980 baht per square meter per month, or approximately 51,000-76,000 baht per month.

5. IVY Thonglor

                This luxury project from Pruksa was launched 7-8 years ago, featuring a classic luxurious design. It includes not only condos but also 150 service apartments, ensuring privacy as they are hotel-grade accommodations. Currently, IVY Thonglor has a resale price of 170,000-200,000 baht per square meter, with rental rates of 750-920 baht per square meter per month, or approximately 30,000-63,000 baht per month.

6. Eight Thonglor Residence

                The resale price for this project is 170,000-220,000 baht per square meter, with rental rates of 700-890 baht per square meter per month, or approximately 46,000-68,000 baht per month.

7. Le Cote Thonglor 8

                The resale price for this project is 130,000-150,000 baht per square meter, with rental rates of 700-840 baht per square meter per month, or approximately 28,000-51,000 baht per month.

8. Tidy Thonglor

                The resale price for this project is 120,000-140,000 baht per square meter, with rental rates of 700-790 baht per square meter per month, or approximately 25,000-33,000 baht per month.

9. D25 Thonglor

                The resale price for this project is 100,000-130,000 baht per square meter, with rental rates of 600-750 baht per square meter per month, or approximately 25,000-43,000 baht per month.

10. The Height

                The resale price for this project is 120,000-150,000 baht per square meter, with rental rates of 600-680 baht per square meter per month, or approximately 35,000-80,000 baht per month.
