These high-end properties cater to wealthy individuals, both Thai and foreign, primarily executives and above. As a result, many of the “top condos” are often found in Silom-Sathorn, making headlines every time they launch.

               

The overview of condominiums in this area indicates that new projects typically start at a price of 200,000-300,000 THB per square meter. For second-hand condos, the price ranges from 100,000-250,000 THB per square meter. The rental prices are also impressive, starting at 20,000 THB per month and going up to 200,000-300,000 THB (just how wealthy do you need to be?). Rank 2: The Bangkok Sathorn

                A premium project from Land & Houses, which is reflected in its rental price of 830-930 THB per square meter, or about 43,000-62,000 THB per month, making it the highest rental price among condos in the Sathorn area.

Rank 3: M Silom

                Located on the Silom side, this project may not be right next to the BTS, but it is still conveniently accessible by car as it is in a bustling area. Currently, this project rents for 770-1,000 THB per square meter, or approximately 40,000-75,000 THB per month.

                Another project from PACE Development, this project has been around for a while and is located in an area that is hard to find again, surrounded by Silom, Sathorn, and Rama 4, making it convenient to access from any direction.
