It is only 4 stations away from Yaowarat and 6 stations from Chulalongkorn University (Sam Yan), with a 10-minute drive to Sathorn. Prices start at just 1.99 million baht. Registration for booking rights opens on August 3 at The Mall Tha Phra, with a sales office and sample room available for viewing on August 19, and official sales commencing on September 23.
Additional Information on Tha Phra Interchange:
Tha Phra Interchange Station is a connecting station for the Blue Line subway, spanning from Hua Lamphong to Bang Khae and from Bang Sue to Tha Phra.
The Blue Line will operate in a loop, intersecting with all other lines, similar to the JR Yamanote Line in Japan, which loops around Tokyo. The Blue Line will connect through key points around Bangkok as shown in the image.

This will connect with other subway lines as follows (only those currently in service and those expected to open around the same time):
Blue Line (MRT underground) currently in service
Light Green Line (BTS) at Bang Wa Station
Red Line at Hua Lamphong Station
Light Green Line (BTS) at Sala Daeng Station (MRT Silom)
Dark Green Line (BTS) at Asoke Station
Airport Rail Link (ARL) at Makkasan Station (MRT Phetchaburi)
Purple Line (MRT Purple Line) at Tao Poon Station
If all subway lines are fully operational, the Blue Line will loop connecting with all lines.
Tha Phra Station differs from other interchanges in the Thonburi area as it serves as a junction between multiple routes, allowing travel to Bang Khae or through Charan Sanitwong to Bang Sue. Importantly, it is a station that provides convenient access to the city, with the number of stations to the city center as follows:
4 stations to Yaowarat
5 stations to Hua Lamphong
6 stations to Chulalongkorn University (Sam Yan)
7 stations to Silom / Sala Daeng
