         Sansiri (SIRI), a leader in comprehensive real estate development, has launched "Siri Venture" (SIRI VENTURE), a corporate venture capital joint venture that conducts research and invests to create new innovations (R&D) in Property Technology. This initiative aims to provide significant opportunities for startups to develop innovative concepts related to lifestyle in residential spaces until they are ready for practical use, and to support direct access to the real estate business. Siam Commercial Bank is collaborating as a supporter with experience in investment, technology, and startups, including integrating financial technology (FinTech) to develop innovations alongside Siri Venture.          The Summakorn project has partnered with Fiber One, a centralized fiber optic network provider, to plan the installation of fiber optic networks in all 14 projects, creating a high-speed internet network that caters to the digital age, moving towards the homes of the future: Smart Home - Smart Living - Smart Society. The establishment of the fiber optic network will be crucial and serve as the foundational infrastructure for convenient and rapid digital usage, particularly regarding time. Currently, Fiber One has installed fiber optic networks in two of Summakorn's projects: Summakorn Bangkapi and S9 Condominium, and is in the process of working on two more projects: Summakorn Avenue Ramindra-Ring Road and Chaiyaphruek-Chaengwattana, with plans to install in Summakorn Suvarnabhumi and Avenue Chaiyaphruek-Ring Road.
